Job Summary: The CRM Support Assistant provides assistance to the Marketing Department and branch network on our internal CRM and marketing automation system (Fairway My Way powered by Total Expert) with daily tasks and multi-day projects. Communicates with branch and corporate employees in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner. Essential Job Functions: + Responsible for daily administrative duties including, but not limited to, setting up and editing user accounts, and reformatting databases in Excel + Provides exceptional customer service in person, on the phone, or on email assisting employees with CRM and marketing questions regarding the Fairway My Way marketing system + Provides technical and layout support to employees for Fairway My Way + Manages an email queue with the internal CRM support team + Hosts webinars and one-on-one calls for Loan Officers/branch personnel on the base functionality of the marketing system as needed + Assists Marketing colleagues and management both in back up and support + Attends and assists at Fairway events Non-Essential Job Functions: + Participates in and leads proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals + Adopts Fairway values in personal work behaviors, decision making, contributions and interpersonal interactions + Contributes to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and influencing others to reward performance and value "can do" people, accountability, diversity and inclusion, flexibility, continuous improvement, collaboration, creativity and fun + Performs other duties as assigned Required Knowledge and Skills: + Solid writing skills + Basic knowledge and understanding of current business acumen + Basic knowledge and understanding of marketing + Solid knowledge and understanding of customer service and intrapersonal best practices Required Education and Experience: + Associates Degree or equivalent education and work experience preferred + Demonstrated experience researching information, problem solving, and making solid business decisions + Demonstrated experience reporting, analyzing, interpreting, and critical thinking + Demonstrated experience effectively managing relationships with internal and external partners + Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced and changing environment + Demonstrated experience with attention to detail, time management, written and oral communication, multi-tasking, and working in a team atmosphere adhering to tight deadlines + Demonstrated experience with MS Office software products + Demonstrated experience with high volume data entry Physical Environment: + Remote position #INDEED Portal Location: Carrollton, Texas External Company Name: Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation External Company URL: Street: Work From Home Remote (for Job Posting Search Purposes): Yes Remote Type: Can be located anywhere in US
