We are looking for a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our ecommerce warehouse team. The Warehouse Associate will mainly be responsible for unloading and shelving product as it arrives from the manufacturer as well as picking and packing customer orders processed daily from our website.The Associate should be flexible to work within different areas of the warehouse including receiving, auditing, replenishment, unloading shipments and inventory control. This position involves, but is not limited to the following responsibilities:Efficiently and accurately pick customer ordersPack items according to department specifications following written procedures and guidelinesReports any error in product selection or quality to appropriate team member and corrects the order as necessary before packingMake sure items are packed securely and safely for transit to customerKeep records of completed orders Separate and load completed orders by type and by carrier Replenishes inventory and suppliesAssist in inventory cycle countsOther warehouse projects to include but not limited to re-packing, re-coding, re-ticketing, etcUnload containers and properly palletized based on style/colorReceive, count and verify incoming inventory Safely stack and organize boxes on palletsMaintain equipment and report on malfunctions to supervisorEnsure warehouse, dock and waste disposal areas are maintained, clean and free of debrisAdhere to health and safety policies and quality standardsPerform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSWe are a small team looking for a great fit. Ideal qualifications include: High School diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in a warehouse environment.Ability to read, write, speak and hear in English.Ability to stand, walk, bend and twist 8 to 10 hours per day in a non-climate control warehouse.Continuously reach, lift, stack and move cartons of various sizes and weights.Ability to lift boxes from floor level to overhead weighing 25 pounds and up to 55 pounds.Ability to work alone or as part of a team and to exercise independent judgement.Report to work on time. Show diligence and attention to detail in work output.Ability to work a flexible schedule Monday - Friday (except during peak holiday season) between the hours of 7:00am - 6:00pm with various start times. During peak holiday season you will need to be flexible to work up to 6 days beginning mid-November through January or as business dictates.Ability to work in other areas of the warehouse based on business needs.Come join our team of energetic and passionate individuals and work in a rapidly growing, dynamic, entrepreneurial and inspiring environment.
