What you will be doing

You will be the point person to help supercharge growth of our My6 loyalty program. My6 customers are our most frequent, brand-loyal customers - and we stepping up our investment in these valuable guests. As part of this, you'll also be helping us better understand our My6 customers and creating valuable customer insights - both member and non-members. Your experience with digital marketing, loyalty programs, and/or CRM background will power our expansion in both members and share of wallet. Every day you'll be interacting with leaders in brand marketing and digital marketing to share ideas, brainstorm, and develop and test ways to energize the membership base and capture new members.

You'll be working to:

  • Develop key success metrics
  • Brainstorm ways to grow both members and spend
  • Test and learn new approaches
  • Be the My6 expert and key advocate
  • Periodically report on success to senior leaders
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across the marketing teams to achieve your objectives

What we are searching for

We are looking for the right individual to help us accomplish our key strategic objective of My6 program growth. With your experience in marketing, CRM or previous loyalty program experience, you are ready to lead the My6 charge! Some of the soft skills we are looking for include:
  • Ability to analyze and see patterns in the data
  • Creative, out of the box approach
  • Highly collaborative inter-departmental relationships
  • Motivated to test new approaches, learn, and build the playbook
  • Not afraid to fail along the way
  • Curious and willing to learn

We feel the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:
  • Experience with digital and conventional marketing
  • Previous experience with loyalty program marketing
  • 4 year college degree with marketing emphasis
  • CRM experience
  • Major consumer brand background
  • Hospitality experience a plus
