Apply now to begin your next adventure! The Recruiter plays a pivotal role in our success at DuraServ. This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day and long-term strategic recruitment efforts of the company while simultaneously partnering with business and hiring leaders. This position supports the VP of HR and executes responsibilities to manage the end-to-end recruitment process in the following areas: recruitment and sourcing, resume review, phone screens, tracking/organizing data, employee integration, general Human Resources duties and maintaining a candidate database via our ATS. You will be responsible for sourcing and assessing great talent for our organization. What you can expect to do:

  • Full life-cycle management of positions across a range of departments and functions
  • Identify high-quality candidates through active and passive sourcing via direct channels, job postings, social media, web sourcing and networking
  • Conduct first round interviews for all suitable candidates, and responsible for monitoring company competency-based assessment
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new hires from acceptance of offer through start of employment
  • Assists with other department administrative duties as needed, participates in company social media and advertising efforts as well as recruiting and marketing events
  • Meet with hiring managers to understand job requirements and competencies, evaluate and identify staffing strategies to develop diverse candidate pools, set expectations and provide frequent ongoing communications regarding candidate status.
  • Collaborates with the staffing team to create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to accommodate challenging circumstances
  • Proactively identifies early challenges to filling key positions and works to eliminate barriers before they become problematic
  • Build talent pipelines to fill current and future roles to drive improvements in time to hire
  • Utilize the applicant tracking system to actively track, manage and report on candidate pipelines to enhance communication and ensure effective process management
  • Provide exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience Skills we are seeking: Minimum Requirements
    • 2+ years of recruiting experience
    • Comfortable managing a heavy workload with attention to detail
    • Ability to interact with professionals at all levels of an organization
    • Self-starter with little need for supervision
    • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills Preferred Requirements
      • Passion for identifying diverse recruiting opportunities
      • Proven ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
      • Team player who puts the company first
      • Experience with high volume recruiting
      • Excellent judgment
