    Then Thomson Reuters Corporates Professionals is looking for you! The Transformation Delivery Lead role sits within our Business Integration team, who are primarily accountable for key Corporates priorities such as: a) delivering on Thomson Reuter's Change Program within Corporates, b) leading the Next Generation Retention initiative, and c) driving the new Upper Mid-Market program.

    As part of this wider team, the Transformation Delivery Lead role will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives that support our highest priority business initiatives. You will be accountable for end-to-end delivery of intended outcomes for these strategic initiatives. The work includes finding the right talent, with the right skills across the organization to work on these high-profile projects, structuring the project roadmap, facilitating cross-functional delivery of the work, and capturing impact delivered to our senior stakeholders. This team will embody relentless customer focus, cross-functional partnership to deliver innovative solutions, and rapid iteration to achieve results.

    About the Role:

    Your responsibilities will include building and leading cross-functional project teams to drive high priority business initiatives. You will enable business leaders to own critical changes by asking thoughtful questions, challenging assumptions and old practices, providing structure to the work and being a key thought partner.

    Specific job duties will include:
  • End to end delivery of project outcomes
  • Discovery/empathy work to fully understand current state problems, pain points and refine the scope for quarterly initiatives
  • Stand up project teams quickly and effectively
  • Lead cross-functional team ideation to propose recommended solutions
  • Facilitate feedback with leaders and key stakeholders to make decisions quickly
  • Partner with business leaders to define implementation plans and drive rapid execution of solution
  • Change management and communications planning
  • Sustainability planning and leadership coaching
  • Champion agility throughout TAP business

  • About You:
  • Ability to think strategically, identify problems, build project roadmaps and motivate teams to execute
  • Bachelor's Degree required, 7+ years of experience in project management, agile coaching or business leadership roles
  • 10+ years Business domain and/or technical experience and/or process management
  • Ability to understand business needs/ requirements
  • Desired Skills:
  • Ability to quickly understand intended outcomes and craft a project plan to accomplish those goals.
  • Experience working with MS Planner and MS Teams to foster virtual collaboration.
  • Strong interpersonal skills which enable you to quickly build trust and credibility with leaders at various levels
