Job Description AlphaGraphics of Carrollton is seeking a top performer to add to our Outside Sales Team. This is a high level, long-term career opportunity for someone who is engaged in selling solutions and making great connections. As an Account Executive at AlphaGraphics you will bring book of business with you, maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and a book of business while prospecting to acquire new business through referrals and lead development. We serve B2B clients and produce graphic communications that help our customers get noticed and grow their business. We are known for very high-quality products and services, fast turnaround and our ability to effectively manage projects for our customers. We offer a variety of graphic design, print, large format, direct mail as well as an online ordering platform. Responsibilities Vigorously seek and develop new customer relationships Identify high growth opportunities within existing customer base Maintain strong relationships with top customers Consult with customers to understand their objectives and challenges, and advising on solutions Communicate courteously with customers through email, over the phone, and in person on a regular basis Acquire a strong knowledge of the products and services offered Have a full understanding of pricing and be able to create and follow up on estimates Be highly responsive to customer inquiries and solicit customer feedback to improve service Prepare and maintain a sales log and contact record Qualifications Experience in Business Development or Outside Sales, with proven record of creating and maintaining customer accounts Professional sales / customer service demeanor Ability to build your own local marketing initiatives to drive Sales Pipeline Focal point to drive quarterly corporate marketing campaign Talent for anticipating and understanding underlying client needs, identifying business problems that our clients are trying to solve Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills Ability to problem solve and be solutions oriented Highly detailed with strong organizational and time management skills Worked with one or more CRM tools Understanding of basic computer software (MS Office, Gmail) and the ability to learn new software quickly At least 3 years in Print & Marketing sales with $1MM in annual revenue Must bring a current book of business College Degree (preferred) in Marketing, Graphic Design, or other Business-related Majors Salary & Benefits Base Salary Commission Car and Phone Allowance PTO (paid time off), Health, Vision, Dental, 401K Powered by JazzHR ALytNRDYq8by Jobble
