Job Description:

Allied Stone is the largest importer and fabricator of natural stone counter-tops in Texas and Oklahoma. An Account Coordinator acts as the primary liaison between builders, internal sales teams, external installers, and the company.Level is determined based on the position responsibilities and the employee's skills, experiences, abilities, behavior, and performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work as a liaison between the internal sales team and field install team.
  • Strong understanding of builders' needs and objectives and liaise closely with them throughout the order to install process daily.
  • Receives orders from the builders and ensures they are entered into the system accurately.
  • Manage, administer, and oversee work to ensure that production and installation of countertops are completed on time.
  • Manage multiple accounts at any given time and ensures that the order is verified upon delivery and billed accordingly.
  • Effective communication through email, phone, and in person with all parties.
  • Thoroughly complete and update job folders for every step of the process and update the system accordingly.
  • May need to scan documents, resize pictures, gather information for order and submit.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints via phone or email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answer client/customer questions regarding account and services.
  • Make updates and changes to job information/order as needed.
  • Swiftly address issues by creating work orders, if needed, forwarding to proper department for resolution.
  • Handles billing and any other query as needed.Requirements:
    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • 2 years of administrative/call center experience required.
    • Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills essential.
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to work under time constraints and high-pressure situations at times.
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
