PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Proactively solicits payment on overdue account according to payment terms within department's guidelines and key performance indicators (KPIs).

2.Oversee credit hold management for assigned portfolio based on collection model process. Establish internal & external customer relationships
3. Oversee assigned workflow to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met, including following collection scenarios and timely escalation process.
4. Communicates with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
5. Identifies payment discrepancies, and initiates disputes resolution process to facilitate rapid turnaround in collection effort; performs follow up procedures as needed.
6. When applicable, based on collection model; reviews customer refund check requests prior to manager approval.
7.. Assists management in customer problem resolution & reconciliation and participates in decision-making. Action expected during monthly AR review meetings with leadership
8. When applicable, based on collection model; recommends payment arrangements requested by customers.
9. Performs related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a two-year associate's degree program, technical vocational training or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum two (2) years directly related and progressively responsible experience.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

1.Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
2. Strong leadership skills, comfortable in fast-paced environment
3. Good organizational skills
4. Ability to navigate multidiscipline work teams to resolve issues and respond to business needs 5.Ability to navigate multiple sites/systems simultaneously and efficiently
6. Good analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions; ability to resolve associate issues effectively and efficiently
7. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
8. Call queue environment, familiar with call queue a plus Knowledge of computers to operative effectively Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; including Excel spreadsheet creation, PowerPoint presentations, Microsoft Outlook, Word, , and familiarity with Financial reporting software tools, downloading reports and manipulating report data.
