POSITION SUMMARY -This is a critical business and communications management role. - The successful candidate will manage corporate communications, Share point and Web landing pages, -distribution lists, event management and scheduling - Second key responsibility is -managing business operations, the candidate will be responsible for data management and data integrity for the administration of various programs This position will own the management of several key processes requiring governance and adherence to financial budgets and general administrative support to the Leadership team. -ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Manage corporate communications including authoring narrative and content. Develop communication materials including written communications, presentations materials, town halls etc. to articulate key messagesTake ownership for creating, coordinating, managing leaders' content for client documentation and presentations.Responsible for maintaining content of the ELS/AMZ internal SharePoint website and Web landing pages to include employee announcements, company announcements, policy updates and managementEditing and distribution of communication including management of distribution list and scheduling Responsible for data management and data integrity for the administration of various programs including but not limited to cell phone management and billing, and reporting required for billing and compliance.Manage several key processes requiring governance and adherence to financial budgets including apparel, uniforms, and personal protective equipmentSupport the Leadership team with general administrative support as required Arrange corporate events to include hotel, meeting rooms, transportation, entertainment, promotional items and catering.Handle administrative duties such as: expense reports, business cards, ordering uniforms and cell phones and sending holiday cards and gifts out.Assist with proposals which includes tracking the bid timeline, gathering information from several departments, reviewing, editing on time delivery and tracking submitted proposals.Coordinate multiple projects to on time completion.Compliance with ELS Safety program policies and procedures.Maintain a valid driver's license and be insurable under the employer's insurance policy.Perform additional duties/assignments as may be required by management.System Admin for ELS Concur, Egencia (Expedia travel site), Avetta (safety management for Amazon). This can include adding new accounts, answering questions, updating information guides and conducting training. Assist with Audit of uniforms, cell phones and Amazon assets for the central team and all sites. Correspond with the account Amazon contact to renew VPN. Maintain the ELS-Amazon Org ChartAssist with month end reporting for Egencia travel -

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:Associates degree in related field and 5+ years of internal communication and office administration experience.Advanced level PowerPoint experienceOutstanding written communications including writing, grammar, editing and proofreading skills.
