Companies is looking for an Executive Assistant to Chief Compliance
Officer and Counsel to join the team and provide a full range of
high-level support to a variety of our executives and leaders. You
will use your take-charge personality, coupled with your high
energy and professional assertiveness to handle multiple tasks
simultaneously with excellent follow-up and strong attention to
detail. Along the way, we will provide you with world-class

career.Responsibilities
- Manage calendar for busy Chief Compliance Officer, including
corporate travel, meetings with internal stakeholders and external
business partners, and tracking of all recurring meetings.
- Assisting Chief Compliance Officer with meeting preparation and
attendance, including ensuring all meeting materials are provided.
Record and share notes with the Compliance team for team
meetings.
- Prepare and submit expenses for Chief Compliance Officer and
team.
- Schedule and organize Compliance team activities and maintain
calendars to coordinate Team member appointments, sick days,
vacation days, training schedules, office events, and employee
onboarding.
- Timely distribute all business communications to the Compliance
Team.
- Prepare and track department mailouts as well as occasionally
coordinate and recruit assistance from other departments with large
mailout projects.
- Perform floor management support duties, such as stocking
breakroom and office supplies once per week and occasionally cover
for Front Desk Coordinator, as needed.
- Act as a "Culture Champion," such as assisting with organized
company events, encouraging participation, celebrating milestones,
etc.
- Provide ad hoc support for the Compliance Team as requested,
such as PowerPoint presentations, collection, analysis, and summary
of information using Excel or other Microsoft programs.
- Act as a liaison for the Compliance Team with other Executive
Assistants for effective communication and calendar syncing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3- 5 years of administrative or C-level support experience
- Heavy calendar management experience
- Must be self-directed with strong problem-solving skills and
excel in an agile work environment
- Must have strong analytic, organizational, and time management
capabilities
- Strong ability to exercise discretion, judgment, tact, and
poise in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Physical demands for this position frequently include: the
ability to remain in a stationary position, move about freely
inside and occasionally outside of the store, and the operation of
