ACCOUNT COORDINATOR DIRECT HIRE CARROLLTON, TX ONSITE Imprimis Group, Inc. is seeking an Account Coordinator for their client, a fast-growing hospitality company located in Carrollton, Texas. POSITION SUMMARY : The Accounts Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Corporate Plus Direct Bill customers. The position communicates directly with customers to collect debts and resolve outstanding balances. The position requires a high level of customer service, problem solving skills and negotiation skills. The position works closely with accounts receivable as well as sales to develop strategies to resolve delinquent accounts. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 5-7 years of customer account management or accounts receivable experience.
• Experience in detailed customer analysis.
• Business or finance degree preferred.
• Understanding of AR transactions.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability multitask and prioritize workload.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different levels of team members.
• Detailed oriented and organized.
• Familiarity with accounting ERP systems.
