Job Details: Title: Patient Care Coordinator Location: Carrollton, TX (ON SITE) Positions Available: 1 Type of Engagement: Contract (3-6 months) Rate: Competitive and Dependent on Experience MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED AND SHOW PROOF OF CARD UPON SUBMISSION! Responsibilities:

• Positively, greets patients as they arrive
• Assists patient with intake processes including copying required documents
• Collects co-payments, co-insurance and deductibles and issues receipts
• Processes walk-in patients and visitors
• Answers phones and schedules appointments
• Manages medical records (maintains, files/scans, prepares for schedule)
• Ensures all correspondence is scanned and/or filed in timely manner
• Processes requests for medical records release and maintains appropriate logs, etc. Required Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • ECW (medical records) knowledge is plus but not required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, not required Hours:
