Our desk teams work steadily behind the scenes to help stores operate at the highest level, and you will contribute by launching outbound phone calls through LiveVox software to help streamline their outbound activity.Responsibilities

• Manually click phone numbers via the portal at a high speed for the purpose of connecting calls to live agents.
• Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance, which may include evenings and weekends. A full-time work schedule for this position includes, at a minimum, 40 hours per week.
• Work efficiently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment and handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards.
• Create and maintain dialing campaigns, filters, list strategies, and reports. Qualifications

  • Strong time management and the capability to execute multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
