Summary ofPosition: We are seeking an outgoing, organized, digitally savvy marketingmind to execute our Ambassador Program marketing strategies. This key positionwill play a direct role in the growth of the Rebel Athletic Girls' and Women'sretail brand. As the brand grows, it's imperative that fans of the brand feel theyare part of a community of like-minded Rebels and feel seen, heard, and valued.That is the primary goal of this position.

Dutiesand Responsibilities:
---Track how many times we post our talent andambassadors on social media, making sure we give equal social media "love" asmuch as possible.
---Plan, prepare and execute Ambassador eventsacross the country
---Organize and communicate detailed informationto Rebel Ambassadors
---Manage all Ambassador communication
---Attend at least 75% of Ambassador Events andget to know as many ambassadors as possible
---Willing and able to travel a minimum of 12weekends per year
---Gather social media content at events
---Collaborate with fellow marketing staffmembers
---Bring unique ideas to the team for ourAmbassador Program
---Be a role model to kids and ambassadors
---Create experiences that ambassadors willremember forever
---Provide a weekly list to the social mediamanager of who needs to be featured, based on specific data metrics
---Work with the Experience Marketing Team torespond to inquiries emailed to our Talent and Ambassador team
---Help execute special projects designed to showappreciation for our ambassadors
---Coordinate all aspects of an influencermarketing campaign team, align influencer marketing goals with the brand'soverall ecommerce objectives.
---Manage the Ambassador Event budget

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in influencer and brand marketing with emphasis on the fashion industry
• Positive, "can-do" attitude
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-starting attitude and desire to take initiative
• Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or Advertising
• Clear and concise communication skills across multiple mediums - in-person meetings, calls, video conferences, emails, and presentations
• Confidence in voicing your opinion to the team if you think there is a better way of doing something
• Demonstrated skills in crafting social media content
• Experience across all social media platforms including emerging channels and international platforms; including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
• High-level quantitative skills, attention to detail, a high aptitude for problem solving, and a natural interest in consumer behavior
• Knowledge and understanding of the whole spectrum of the social media landscape - including content formats and publishing algorithms, social listening and strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
