Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY:This position is responsible for providing
support to the Development team, as well as our customers and
franchisees. Must clearly communicate, build, and maintain
relationships, coordinate meetings, and remain organized. Must have
the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information, be
detail oriented, and work in a fast-paced, collaborative
environment.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Primary Duties & Responsibilities: This document in no way

- Review the leads incoming through the Franchise Opportunities
email box and voicemail line and enter into FranConnect
- Follow up with clients via telephone and/or email following
franchise opportunity inquiry
- Uncover sales opportunities in target markets through internet
searches, outbound calls, emails and webinars, and
tradeshows/conference attendee lists
- Establish yourself with the potential client as knowledgeable
about the companys franchising product in order to build a
relationship as a trusted advisor
- Coordinate with Franchise Developers to transition
opportunities from inquiries to sales-ready opportunities
- Conduct database system account maintenance on potential
clients and provide detailed reports using FranConnect.
- Manage all deals as they move through the approval process to
ensure they are moving quickly and efficiently for approval.
- Liaison with Franchise Administration and field development
team to ensure all documentation to send franchise agreements are
being collected quickly and efficiently to ensure franchise signing
budgets are met on a monthly. Quarterly and yearly basis.
- Ensure franc connect is up to date in real time with regards to
all development activity.
- Maintain various calendars and schedule development meetings
both internal and external with clients
- Prepare agendas for meetings
- Generate STR reports as requested
- Assist as needed and as directed by senior management on any
development campaign, lead generation and pre-tradeshow appointment
bookings to uncover sales opportunities: to include calling
potential clients to book meetings, follow up email and/or
telephone communications after events
- Educate clients on the brand franchising value proposition,
fully explain the Motel 6/Studio 6 business models, pricing
strategy and answer questions while building trust in the client
relationship
- Establish yourself with the potential client as knowledgeable
about the companys franchising product to build a relationship as a
trusted advisor
- Document activity of the campaigns and sales in database system
regularly to facilitate analysis and reporting
- FranConnect Development liaison
- Support Development users for current and future business
needs
- Document system enhancements, errors and process improvements
related to the Sales Module
- Understand integration between systems, applications, and
processes to ensure proper collaboration
- Work with developers to load documents in FranConnect as needed

- Software Requirements Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word,
PowerPoint, Access) and other business intelligence tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication and comprehension
skills
- Must be comfortable speaking/representing G6 Brands in public
settings
- Multi-lingual is a plus.
