Job Description:

Year Up United is a one-year job training program that provides young adults with in-classroom skill development, internships, and job placement services.
Participants receive an educational stipend and personalized coaching and mentorship.
The program combines technical and professional training with access to internships and job placement support through YUPRO Placement.
Internships may be available at leading organizations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, such as Bank of America, Capital One, JPMorgan Chase, and Salesforce.
Eligible candidates are:

• 
  
• A high school graduate or GED recipient
  
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
  
• Available Monday-Friday throughout the program
  
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
  
• Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
  
  Participants gain professional business and communication skills, interviewing and networking skills, resume building, and ongoing support to launch their career.
  Some coursework is eligible for college credit, and students earn an educational stipend during the internship phase.

    Year Up United graduates are employed and/or enrolled in postsecondary education within 4 months of graduation, with an average starting salary of $53,000 per year.
