Completing an escrow transaction from beginning to end.Responsibilities

• Completes real estate escrow transactions by determining requirements, clearing titles, assembling, preparing, and reviewing escrow documents, disbursing funds
• Notary certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days
• Obtains clear title by ordering title reports; resolving title defects; satisfying existing liens and encumbrances against property or principals
• Ability to problem solve in a deadline driven and fast-paced environment
• Commitment to deliver and focus on customer care
• Multi-task in stressful and high volume situations effectively
• Assists with business development activities with the assistance of the sales staff
• Staying up to date with industry knowledge through educational opportunities and professional organizations
• Adhere to paperless work atmosphereQualifications
  • One to Four years of successful Escrow/Title Industry Experience
  • Book of Business
  • Detail-oriented and professional; able to handle confidential information
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Background approval
