(((NOTE: Including a cover letter [EMAIL] will SIGNIFICANTLY increase your chances of an interview - you may NOT be considered for an interview if you do not include one))) ASAP is the ONLY business that DFW area commercial chains need to call for any and all problems with their glass, doors, or locks, day or night! Since 2011, we have been a top national service provider with our dispatch, estimating, and billing team working with thousands of partners throughout the U.S., but we are now looking to expand by bringing on a glazier/installer to self-perform locally! In addition to replacing glass & providing board-up services, we regularly repair and replace all types of doors and hardware (pivots, hinges, panic/exit devices, weather-stripping, etc.) for mainly aluminum storefront and hollow metal systems, as well as do access control and film work, plus more. Filling the glazier/installer position we are interviewing for with the right person (who will likely eventually oversee a team of installers) will allow our company to better serve our customers in our home-base market. We currently have a couple dozen large customers (with hundreds or thousands of locations) and have vendor partners that perform service for us and our customers nationally, but have decided that it makes sense for us to be directly representing in the field here in Dallas/Ft. Worth. As we continue to grow, we will certainly have more management positions available and will always consider promoting people from within before hiring externally for those spots since this is a business that is truly learned over time. Although we would possibly consider part-time employment [with commitment of 25 hours a week], we offer health insurance/benefits to full time workers [which we currently consider 35+ hours per pay week]. Starting compensation is commensurate with experience; however, there are endless opportunities depending on your skill-set and work ethic. Since we are open 24-hours a day 365 days per year for emergency service, after-hours availability is a requirement (allowing you to make additional money as well); however, since we have subcontractors in place we can still spread the work-load out to them if/as needed. We also offer bonus programs for exceptional performance.
