As a valued member of cross-department teams that regularly participate in data 'journeys' which in turn lead to new KPIs, decisions and data accessibility/visibility for our data-driven organization. Your work will impact not only the decisions of the Executive Team, but also the day-to-day decisions of store management and various corporate departments throughout the organization.ResponsibilitiesEffectively partner with Corporate departments such as Operations, Data, Finance, Risk, and Senior Leadership to influence data-driven recommendations to improve overall Company performance.Review and validate the effectiveness of existing business practices to achieve company targets while working closely with executive leadership team on any adjustment in strategy.Be nimble to adjust priorities based on business demand. Gather intel on operations, finance and risk models to prioritize deliverables while informing leadership and the Chief Executive Officer on risks, rewards and results.Ability to identifyandvalidate proper data sources, securing data from those sources, and providing behavior and strategic analysis.Communicate findings to upper and executive management, interpreting numbers and data into actionable business recommendations with the ability to explain the relevance and methodology.Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business or Data Management
• 4+ years of data and strategic analytics experience with proven ability to make data-driven recommendations to improve overall company performance
• Extremely organized with the ability to prioritize and shift priorities based on the needs of an agile business operation
• Strong data analysis skills with expertise in SQL (preferably Microsoft SQL Server)
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong background in Excel
• Strong experience with data mining & analysis; Ability to conduct extensive data research and handle large/multiple datasets
• Data visualization experience using Power BI is strongly preferred
• Capable of communicating and expressing ideas clearly & concisely, in both written & oral formats
• Self-motivated, independent, and resourceful
• Physical demands for this position frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, move about freely inside and occasionally outside of the office, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.Preferred Qualifications
