Privacy Analyst to join our privacy team and help us continue to
grow and build our privacy program.We aim to continually evolve our
privacy program by finding strategies, processes, and mechanisms
that scale our various business areas and functions in a
manageable, repeatable way. Frontier's privacy team focuses on
delivering sound risk management that demonstrates compliance and
accountability. Our best work enables Frontier to nimbly and
confidently adapt to the fast-coming changes in privacy laws in the
US. This requires comfort with stepping into complex problems that
lack easy "by the book" solutions and finding practical paths
forward both legally and operationally. When those paths are found
and built they create big, meaningful impacts for Frontier and for
the individuals our businesses ultimately serve. Responsibilities
:
- Serve as a privacy subject matter expert, particularly
regarding the growing corpus of domestic privacy laws and
regulations that apply to Frontier business
- Collaborate with the Privacy Team, Legal Department, and
multiple partners in other business functions to build a resilient,
scalable privacy program that works for a fast-growing, innovative
technology company
- Develop a deep understanding of data usage across Frontier
products and business functions
- Identify operational privacy and data protection concerns and
furnish efficient solutions
- High level of proficiency and expertise in the use of the
OneTrust privacy platform
- Operationalize daily privacy functions like Records of
Processing Activities, Privacy Impact Assessments, Cookie
Compliance, and Data Subject Requests with the OneTrsut
platform
- Facilitate compliance with privacy and data protection laws by
Frontier's business partners
- Work with key business stakeholders to complete Privacy Impact
Assessments and other privacy reviews related to products,
technologies, and vendors
- Guide product and development teams to incorporate privacy by
design
- Identify and escalate potential privacy and data protection
concerns based on risk and operational impact
- Support both the Incident Response and Crisis Communication
Response teams by responding to privacy events and incidents as
necessary
- Engage and support procurement in the negotiation of privacy
and data protection-relevant contract terms for both clients and
vendors
- Support response to individuals exercising their rights under
US data privacy laws
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer and internal
queries related to privacy and data protection
- Collaborate on the development of education and engagement
strategy and actively engage business stakeholders with practical,
actionable information that multiplies the impact of our
program
- Continuously seek to develop, improve, and streamline
efficient, scalable, and resilient privacy and data protection
processes, tools, and procedures, including maintaining useful
documentation of them
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments, the privacy
practices of peer companies, relevant privacy and data protection
frameworks, and best practices in general
- Identify evolving privacy risks inherent in Frontier's
operations and the development of new products and services
- Other duties as assigned Knowledge and Skills

ability to influence decision-makers.
- Ability to balance risks in ambiguous and complex
situations
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills, in particular
in leading or contributing to multi-functional teams
- Highly motivated to contribute and grow within a complex area
of emerging importance
- Expert knowledge and working experience in the technical and
functional features of the OneTrust privacy platform
- Experience in data mapping, building process flows, and privacy
metrics reporting
- Data literacy: finding and managing data, cleansing data,
manipulating data Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited school
- 2-4 years working in privacy and data protection
- Graduate degree in law or computer science preferred
- Privacy Certifications CDPSE, CIPP, CIPM preferred or able to
achieve within the first year
- Must be comfortable getting elbow-to-elbow" with other business
functions to understand the intersection of our products, services,
and business functions to develop a deep grasp of how privacy and
data protection requirements apply to Frontier
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be comfortable multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced
dynamic environment
- Collaborative, humble team-first approach to innovate and solve
problems at a pace that keeps up with Frontier's innovation and
growth, sometimes in areas where there is no clear, well-defined
path.
- Ability to communicate technical and legal concepts to
laypeople with impact and effect without relying on legal and
technical jargon.
- Must maintain composure under pressure and have a high degree
of perseverance.
- High integrity and ethical standards are non-negotiable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
