Job Title: Dispatcher

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Effectively communicate with customers and handle any questions or needs they may have
• Organize and assign calls to technicians and dispatch technicians to the correct location
• Book and reschedule calls when necessary
• Build installs and book estimates
• Debrief calls and input all information from calls into the Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM)
• Develop the necessary skills to navigate SuccessWare and utilize it properly (prior knowledge of this is preferred) WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of dispatch work experience preferred
  • Customer service and phone experience required
  • Excellent communication and intermediate Excel skills
  • Required 40+ WPM WHO YOU ARE:
    • Team player attitude, solid work ethic, willing to pitch in where needed
    • Uphold strong customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations
    • A high performer with a talent to influence and lead
    • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and with external candidates
