Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to add a RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT in the Dallas area. This person will join a high-end custom home builder. This is a bags off position. This is an excellent opportunity for a foreman to make the next step in their career.

Duties

Supervise all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets


Develop and maintain project schedules


Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution


Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports


Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding milestones and challenges



Requirements

2+ years residential construction experience


English-Spanish bilingual is a must





Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
