Cox Automotive is looking for a skilled Automotive Body Shop Manager to lead our dynamic team and drive excellence in our body shop operations. As a leader in automotive solutions, we rely on our Body Shop Manager to oversee all aspects of our body repair services, ensuring high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. This role involves managing technicians, workflows, and body shop processes to maximize productivity and profitability while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Oversee daily operations of the body shop, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements. Manage body shop personnel, scheduling, and workload to optimize productivity and quality of work. Liaise with auto parts and material suppliers to ensure inventory levels are maintained and cost-effective. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and quality of service. Monitor budget and control expenses to maximize profitability without compromising on quality or safety. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to keep the body shop advanced and competitive. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of automotive body repair techniques and tools. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to manage budgets and understand financial statements. Proficient in using body shop management software. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certification from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) in Collision Repair preferred. I-CAR certifications are highly advantageous.
