  • What we're looking for?
    • Minimum 1 year experience in a call center in-office environment
    • Ability to start work on time (start 5 minutes before shift)
    • Ability to achieve top Quality Assurance scores
    • Ability to maintain professional etiquette under pressure
    • Customer service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend solutions
    • Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
    • Handle personal and private data confidentially and securely
    • What will you be doing?
      • Answer inbound customer service calls
        • Average handle times below 7 minutes
        • Answer on average 50 to 80 calls per day
        • Take payments for outstanding invoices
        • Help customers with account set up and updates
        • Notate each account with efforts performed and results attained
        • What schedule will you work?
          • Training Schedule (1 Week) Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
          • Work Schedule
            • Schedule Based on availability
              • Monday thru Friday with Saturday & Sunday OFF
              • Monday thru Saturday with Wednesday & Sunday OFF
              • Monday thru Saturday with Thursday & Sunday OFF
              • Shift Based on availability
                • 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (will be required to clear calls on hold)
                • 8:30 AM 5:30 PM (Only shift for Saturday Schedule)
                • 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
                • Holidays Off on major holidays
                • Compensation?
                  • Hourly rate of $13.00
                  • Spanish bilingual $15.00 (test required)
                  • Daily incentives based on performance (Up to $50/day)
                  • Monthly incentive based on performance (Average of $300)
                  • Performance review every 3 months with potential merit increases
