Volunteerism?About the RoleThe Practical Law Sales Specialist is
responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, running trials,
demoing and being proficient in having value conversations with
prospective Legal, Mid-Law Firm segment customers.Please note: This
is a field sales role in which the individual will work from home
and only need to travel overnight 1 to 2 times per month within
their region. It can be based in any of these states/areas: AR, IA,
OK, MN, TX.More About the RoleIn this opportunity as a Practical
Law Sales Specialist you will:
- Establish trusted relationships with current and prospective
customers.
- Conduct face-to-face and over the phone appointments and
product demonstrations with new customers.
- Identifies how customer needs can be addressed through
different product options and configurations to deliver the most
impact.
- Focuses on more complex, higher value new logo and incremental
sales (upsell/cross-sell) opportunities.
- Grow sales in collaboration with Sales Executives, Client
Executives and Key Account Managers utilizing specialist knowledge
to deliver gross sales.
- Works in a pooled team across accounts within subsegment,
rather than account or territory-aligned.
- Gathers and shares best practices across the broader Sales
teams to support account/territory strategies.
- Major emphasis on opening up new business, both within existing
accounts and new customers
- Assist in key retention situations where needed.About YouYou
may be a fit for the role if you have/are:
- Minimum 2 years' sales experience, preferably in a consultative
role such as software or professional services,
business-to-business environment, with track record of exceeding
quota.
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience; legal industry
experience strongly preferred
- Consulting experience, start-up experience or experience with
CRM or contact management systems and other software technologies
is beneficial
- Strong Phone-Selling Abilities.
- Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations
in-person and virtually (video) such as using Microsoft Teams,
Zoom, Slack.
- Ability to travel overnight 1 to 2 times per month.What's in it
