Job Description:
WRG is a family and woman-owned furniture dealer located that is
committed to finding highly motivated professionals with the
passion to learn and grow in the company. The BUILD Sales Associate
will be WRG's ambassador for DIRTT architecture interiors products.
The focus in this role will be increasing DIRTT business, promoting
the full DIRTT Solution (Walls, Millwork, Power and Networks,
Floors), helping to close sales, and keeping the rest of the DIRTT
team on track. The Sales Associate will be the WRG voice in the
business community promoting the company's product profiles not
only with designers, architects, general contractors and
developers, but also with potential end-user clients.Essential
Duties and Responsibilities
Understand that a DIRTT project is
not a product installation. Working with DIRTT should be an
innovative and unique experience for every client, from initial
education through to final walkthrough;Actively engage in business
development activities throughout the local business community,
attending a variety of events, including those targeted at
healthcare, design, construction and real estate
professionals;Partner with DIRTT Rep, harnessing each other's
talents to grow the overall DIRTT business in the market;Learn and
appreciate the needs of clients from the C-suite to Facilities and
IT teams;Act as go-to DIRTT presenter, familiar with all of the
sales tools including Fresh DIRTT, case studies, project
presentations, and the full ICE - design suite;Create
cost-effective designs, working closely with DIRTT Designer and
Project Manager to support their efforts throughout the sales
process; and the Right DIRTT ChampionHave a strong understanding of
the construction process, real estate market and job site
conditions for comfortable interactions with general contractors
and project managersPosition Requirements
5-7 Years of Experience in Design,
Architecture or Construction, Bachelor's Degree preferred in one of
these fields.Excellent presentation skills and a high level of
comfort speaking to large groups;Strong marketing and sales skills
and proven experience in closing sales;A high sense of urgency,
able to execute on tasks efficiently and calmly when multitasking
and quick thinking are required;A self-motivated and
entrepreneurial nature: a problem solver;An aptitude with
technology and willingness to learn;Outstanding interpersonal
skills that let them work closely with all project stakeholders as
well as DIRTT teammates, including your DIRTT Designer and PM, to
manage expectations and ensure the client's experience is a
positive one;Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;A
broad understanding of trends and all the components that make up a
space to help clients create the most cost-effective designs and
solutions;A strong understanding of the construction process, real
estate market and job site conditions so they're comfortable
interacting with general contractors and project managers;
and.Previous knowledge of DIRTT's solutions including its layers
and how they work together, as well as an understanding of how
