These dealers are independent companies that sell, deliver and service Carrier, Bryant & Payne products to residences and businesses in their respective markets. We currently have an exciting opportunity within the South-Central Region for a Vice President of Legacy Sales. This position is in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX. -

Job Responsibilities This position will be responsible for leading high-performing Sales Teams (Commercial, Residential, New Construction & Multi-Family) and Inside Sales Support in the CE South Central Region. The Vice President of Legacy Sales is responsible for sales revenue and margin in our Equipment, Parts & Supplies product lines and for developing and implementing market strategies aimed at driving growth across all product lines. Level of Responsibilities:

  • Successfully motivate and mentor Sales Directors, Sales Managers and Account Managers.
  • R eview monthly, quarterly, and annual sales with team to ensure that targets are exceeded.
  • Create strategies to increase sales growth and profitability through new accounts and existing customers.
  • Use data to make business decisions, develop sales growth plans, identify business development opportunities, and manage the margins with your sales teams.
  • Lead and execute effective sales blitzes as needed in their market.
  • Lead the rollout of sales programs, technology, and product launches.
  • Hire, train and develop a sales team; constantly recruiting for potential sales talent.
  • Develop and manage delivery of on-going training and education programs for sales team.
  • Continuously coach the sales team on consultative selling techniques in a B2B environment Education Requirements: Experience and Skills Requirements:
    • Minimum 10 plus years of progressive leadership experience in sales.
    • Strong leader with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales.
    • Experience in strategic planning and execution.
    • Knowledge of contracting, negotiating and change management.
    • Knowledge of distribution operations, product pricing and product planning
    • Must possess and illustrate ability to meet and exceed sales objectives.
    • Ability to work flexible hours.
    • Established professional network in the North Texas/Oklahoma markets.
    • Proficient in Microsoft applications: Power Point, Excel, and Word.
