offered in The State of Texas. Applicants must reside in this state
to be considered. **This position may have future in-office

one. Job Details As an Inside Sales Agent you will be handling
inbound calls or leads, consulting with customers on their
insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and
benefits to convert leads into customers. In this role you will
interact with our customers through warm inbound calls. You'd be a

tomorrow. Pay Details: Total first year earnings average from
$55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and uncapped monthly
sales incentives. Top Performing Agents in their second year and
onward, can earn up to 100k+. Schedule Details: Our Inside Sales
Insurance Agent positions are offered in the state TX. Qualified
applicants must reside in TX to be considered. We are currently
offering remote positions. Paid training is (4) months for those
with a Property and Casualty Insurance license. Paid training
includes: Product Training: 4- 6 weeks of virtual training,
Onboarding: 12 weeks where you begin to take calls and begin
earning commission. Must be available to work a permanent work
schedule of Four (4) weekdays and One (1) weekend day (either
Sat/Sun). Weekday schedules are: 11:00am-8pm (EST/CST/MST) and
10:00am-7pm (PST). Weekend schedule start times are between
9:30am-11:30am ending 6pm-8pm local time. You can expect to work
this schedule for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for
another shift. Qualifications Must have a Personal Producer Lines
or Property and Casualty License At least 1 year of experience in
sales and customer service An engaging, outgoing personality and
passion for helping customers Ability to communicate well to both
prospects and customers Excellent analytical, decision-making and
organizational skills Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
