Temp RPM Staffing is seeking part-time custodians in Frisco, Texas! Pay: $14.50/HR This is a part-time position offering 25–35 hours per week, providing a flexible yet consistent work schedule! Responsibilities: - Clean and maintain district facilities, including floors, wastebaskets, windows, furniture, equipment, restrooms, and other assigned areas. - Follow an assigned cleaning schedule to ensure consistent upkeep of all facilities. - Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. - Handle cleaning supplies according to established safety procedures. - Maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency in building and grounds maintenance. - Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly. Qualifications: - Working knowledge of janitorial services and cleaning techniques. - Familiarity with operating cleaning equipment (e.g., floor buffers, vacuums) and handling cleaning chemicals safely. - Ability to follow instructions and adhere to a cleaning schedule. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment. - Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. - Previous janitorial or custodial experience is a preferred. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. - Must pass a background check.
