Job Description:
Fidelity Investments seeks a seasoned Director, Alternative
Investments, Regulatory Reporting & Product Strategy to spearhead
initiatives within our diverse financial portfolio. Based in
Boston, this role demands adeptness in regulatory frameworks, a
strategic mindset for product development, and a deep understanding
of the alternative investments landscape. This position plays a
pivotal role in shaping the compliance and innovative product
strategies that align with Fidelity Investments’ commitment to
excellence and growth in the financial sector. Develop and oversee
the reporting processes for all alternative investment-related
regulatory requirements. Strategize and implement new product
offerings within the alternative investments domain, ensuring
competitive positioning and compliance with global financial
regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align
regulatory strategies with business objectives and operational
capabilities. Monitor and analyze financial regulatory trends to
proactively adjust strategies and processes. Lead, mentor, and
develop a team focused on the innovation and efficiency of
financial products. Strong understanding of alternative investments
and financial regulatory environments. Proven ability to develop
and implement strategic product plans and improvements. Excellent
leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k CFA
(Chartered Financial Analyst) certification preferred. Relevant
regulatory compliance certifications.
