Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Firm Administrator for a top-tier international law firm that is actively growing their new Dallas office. This role manages daily office operations, ensuring a professional and efficient environment. Candidates should have at least two years of office support experience in a law firm or professional services setting. The position requires in-office presence four days per week, based on business needs. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a polished and welcoming environment Coordinate logistics for meetings, interviews, and travel for attorneys and staff Organize internal events, team outings, and client hospitality experiences Partner with the national marketing team to support local campaigns and initiatives Oversee office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance Create professional presentations, documents, and reports Deliver proactive, high-level support to attorneys, clients, and visitors Assist with onboarding and HR-related tasks as needed Resolve issues independently and recommend practical solutions Take on special projects and provide flexible support across the office Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required Experience in a law firm or high-touch environment (e.g., hotel concierge, country club) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Professional presence and confidence in working with senior-level professionals Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and adaptable with a positive attitude If you're seeking a unique opportunity to step into the world of Big Law and grow your career within a prestigious, global firm, this is your moment!
